Phoenixville Area Time Bank is a non-profit organization that enhances people-to-people support to build a fully inclusive, resilient community through a local service exchange network.

To create a strong, responsive connected community where, using hours as currency, exchanges of personal talents can fill unmet needs.
Our Goal:
We seek to connect diverse neighborhoods, service organizations, businesses, and individuals in ways that promote resource exchange, cooperation, and community-building while increasing access to local services and goods. This is a currency of caring Time Dollars - empowering people to convert their personal time into purchasing power by helping others and by rebuilding family, neighborhood, and community. In addition to being a neighbor-to-neighbor organization, we pay special attention to the following constituencies:
- elders
- convalescing
- developmentally and physically disabled
- un/underemployed
Create an Activity Group!
Interested in foraging, knitting, games, street clean-up, cooking, parenting? These and other ideas for Activity Groups are bubbling away. Step forward and help create one! The yearly member contribution for an individual is $25, but by becoming a "Supporting Member" for $50, you can send us a business card to be shown in our rotating display on our home page! Get in touch with us to confirm you are doing this, and we will do the rest.
