Wanda's Yoga Class
This is a beginning beginner's class. Very gentle, no experience necessary. Chairs provided. Poses will be seated and standing. Class will include relaxation breathing exercises. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. There are a few mats, but if you have your own, please bring it. Iced tea will be served. You may bring your own water bottle. Questions? email Wanda. We encourage you to volunteer during the coming year. If you have a talent or a passion that you can share freely with other Timebankers, we'd love to offer an occasional small class. It could be cooking or an artistic talent, a talk on your favorite subject, or an exercise class. Maybe a guided hike...the ideas are endless.
